Jennifer Rubin, President 
Term Expires: 2023

A life-long resident of Westchester, Jennifer has been living in Rye Neck for over 20 years.  She attended New York University where she received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees.  For the past 16 years, Jennifer has enjoyed teaching at the Early Childhood Center in Rye.  She and her husband Jeff have three children:  two boys, one in the Middle School and the other in the High School, and their daughter, a Rye Neck graduate who is attending college.

Jennifer has been actively involved in Rye Neck since 2005, where she first volunteered as Head Class Parent in her daughter's kindergarten classroom. She is a dedicated member of the PTSA previously serving on the Budget Committee and holding positions on the Executive Committee as the Vice President of Bellows, the Vice President of the Middle School and Corresponding Secretary.  Additionally, Jennifer has served on the High School Principal's Advisory Committee and the District's Programs and Priorities Committee lending a voice to discussions on the school budget and valued programs.

While on the Board, Jennifer served as Vice President for two years as well as Board Representative to the Department of Special Education, the District's Safety Team and the Westchester-Putnam School Board Association.

Jennifer looks forward to serving as President of the Rye Neck School Board this year continuing her service and devotion to our community.

Steve Silva, Vice President
Term Expires: 2021

Steve Silva is Vice President of the Board of Education, the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Facilities Committee.  

Before being elected to the Board in 2018, Steve served a two-year term (2014-16) as a member of the Principal's Advisory Committee for Rye Neck's elementary schools. He was a member of the 2017 Facilities Advisory Committee, which provided community consultation to the Board of Education on the major capital improvements currently underway in the school district.  He also served as the Community Representative on the Audit Committee during the 2017-18 school year.  

Steve has worked for most of his professional career as a corporate and financial communications executive in the United States and in the Asia-Pacific region.  Ge received a B.A. in English from Providence College and an M.S. in Communications from Boston University.

Steve and his wife Kristin moved from New York City to Rye Neck in 2011 with their son and daughter, who will both be Middle School students during the 2020-21 school year.

Patty Nashelsky, Trustee
Term Expires: 2021

Patty is in her 6th year as Board Trustee.  She served as President for the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 school years.  She is currently the Representative to, and Director on, the Westchester-Putnam School Board Association.  She also serves on the Audit Committee and Policy Committee.

Patty graduated from Siena College with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and Hofstra University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.  She was a practicing attorney for 10 years before deciding to stay home to raise her four sons, one is currently in 10th grade at Rye Neck and three of whom have graduated Rye Neck and gone on to college.

Pietro Fasolino
Term Expires: 2022

Pietro Fasolino has lived in the Rye Neck School District for 30 years and is a Rye Neck graduate, Class of 1995.  Pietro graduated Flagler College with a B.A. in Communications and minors in History and Political Science.  Pietro is the owner of AEF Sales, a representative, engineering and design firm, serving New York City and New England.

Pietro and his wife Cindy, also a Rye Neck graduate, Class of 1994, have three children attending Rye Neck.  The children are the fourth generation of the family to attend Rye Neck.

Pietro is serving on the Committee for Special Education and Co-Board Representative to the Facilities Advisory Team, working to ensure our children will thrive in a safe and modern educational environment.  Pietro served as a Board President for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 school years.

Gloria Golle, Trustee
Term Expires: 2022

Gloria is a life-long Rye Neck resident and alumna.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Hofstra University.  Gloria and her husband Martin, a Rye Neck graduate, have two children presently in the District.

Gloria has been very active in Rye Neck since 2012.  She served on the PTSA in various roles and was President of the PTSA for the district for the 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 school years.

In addition, Gloria served on the Food Service Committee and HEAC.  She has served on the elementary Principal Advisory Committee, the district's Programs and Priorities Committee, and the 2018 Capital Bond Facilities Advisory Committee, where she advocated for the shared needs of both the district and the community. Gloria currently serves as a district representative for the Westchester-Putnam School Board Association and the District's Safety and Policy Committees.

Devina O'Reilly, Trustee
Term Expires: 2023

Devina has been a committed Rye Neck resident since moving here from London in 2010.  She teaches ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) to international students in Tarrytown and holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and French.  Devina and her husband Martin have two children in the Rye Neck schools, and she believes her experience of being an international parent will add a fresh new perspective to the Rye Neck Board of Education.

Devina was selected to join the Parent Advisory Committee in F.E. Bellows and the Middle School.  She was a member of the group of parents who initiated successful creation of the Health Education Advisory Council.  She also enjoyed being class mom, 5th Grade affairs, and is a member of the Rye Neck International Committee.  Devina also ran the after school cooking club at F.E. Bellows and worked on the kitchen team for the Spring Fair.

Outside of her school volunteer activities, Devina, along with two other parents, started a Rye Neck Girl Scout troop for thirteen 2nd graders.  This toop is still going strong today.  he Silver Award achieved by three of the troop Cadettes saw the introduction of the first bike safety program, in conjunction with the  Mamaroneck Police, at F.E. Bellows for 5th grade students.
