On October 14, 2015, a special planning session was held. An architect and our facilities manager were present and we saw the first proposed drawing.

On November 16, and December 14, 2015, Program and Priorities meetings were held. At these meetings members were asked for input on what they valued and where they felt the district needed to expand.

In December, after RFPs for architects were reviewed, two days were set aside for interviews of architectural firms.

In February, 2016, at the Board of Education meeting the Architect bid was awarded to Tetra Tech.

In early spring, Dr. Mustich spoke to each school's PAC committee and received feedback.

The Board listened, heard those who spoke and made some changes based on feedback.

On May 25, 2016, at the Board of Education meeting the first video was presented showing the entire bond proposal.
